Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company
Fabric Deployment
Celebal Technologies powering Microsoft Stack

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is the authorized manufacturer and distributor of the Rani and Barbican brands and the licensed manufacturer in the Middle East for VIMTO. In 2014, ACCBC acquired a majority stake in the National Beverage Company S.A.L. (NBC), becoming the manufacturer and distributor of Coca-Cola, Pampa and several other brands in Lebanon. Its data estate spans 12 source systems, including two ERPs (MFG Pro and Dynamics 365), and draws on multiple sources, while its reporting covers Sell, Plan, Store, Source, Finance and Make. ACCBC chose to move this estate from a SQL/SSIS-based setup onto Microsoft Fabric as a single, modern data foundation.
CELEBAL'S SCOPE
- Fabric setup. Stand up the Fabric capacity and workspace landscape for ACCBC.
- Transition. Move source ingestion from the SQL/SSIS estate, APIs and FTP/SFTP sources onto Fabric.
- Ingestion. Build the pipelines that land D365, MFG Pro and other sources in Fabric.
Business Problem
Legacy ETL Complexity
714 SSIS packages received and 243 SQL Agent jobs made the existing estate heavy to maintain and slow to change.
Custom Extraction Effort
Bringing in Dynamics 365 data and adding new source tables depended on custom, code-heavy pipelines.
No Unified Analytics Layer
Reporting across Sell, Plan, Store, Source, Finance and Make domains needed model with agreed measures.
Fragmented Sources
Data came from multiple source types, including SQL Server, FTP and API feeds, making a consistent, unified view difficult to maintain.
Ingestion Reliability
Large, varied loads needed consistent retries, timeouts and alerting to stay dependable.
Together, these limits slowed the onboarding of new data and made trusted, consistent reporting harder to scale.
Solution
Fabric Foundation
F64 capacity with DEV, Preprod and PROD workspaces for a controlled release lifecycle.
Fabric Link for D365
Dynamics 365 replicated into OneLake as shortcuts, with no custom extraction.
Metadata-Driven Pipelines
MFG Pro, SQL Server, Xnapp, FTP and API sources; new tables are added through config, not code.
Reliable Ingestion
SQL Server and DMS pipelines with automatic retries, 1-hour timeouts and failure alerts.
Silver and Gold Layers
Standardized Silver data and Gold tables (27 dimensions, 42 facts), with quality checks in place.
Semantic Model and Power BI
Six semantic models with 171 measures, and the Power BI workspace moved to Fabric capacity.
Benefits
Single Data Foundation
1,778 tables from 12 sources feed 69 Gold tables.
Faster Source Onboarding
New source tables are added through configuration, not new code.
Simpler D365 Integration
Fabric Link brings Dynamics 365 into OneLake without custom extraction.
Dependable Ingestion
Automatic retries, timeouts and failure alerts keep loads reliable and visible.
Trusted Business Reporting
583 quality rules and 171 measures support consistent reporting.
Governed Delivery
Staged workspaces and central credentials keep releases controlled.
