Business Problem
G3 Enterprises was grappling with fragmented data spread across more than 20 legacy and manual systems. This lack of a unified data platform delayed critical insights needed to track orders accurately, manage inventory, and stay audit-ready. Their on-premises infrastructure couldn’t keep up with the growing data demands, limiting scalability and slowing response times. Compounding this, the absence of centralized governance exposed them to security and compliance risks, while escalating infrastructure costs added further strain.
Our Solution
Celebal Technologies collaborated with G3 Enterprises to implement a cloud-native, near real-time data lakehouse solution on AWS, powered by Databricks. Our approach included securely deploying scalable AWS infrastructure, automating data ingestion from over 20 sources via Fivetran, and structuring data with a Medallion architecture in Databricks Delta Lake for consistent reliability. We strengthened data governance using Unity Catalog alongside AWS's role-based access control, ensuring precise compliance management. Additionally, we developed an AI chatbot integrating
Databricks and AWS services to provide natural language querying of extensive legal and operational documents, simplifying audits and compliance workflows. Real-time dashboards powered by Microstrategy and Databricks SQL gave stakeholders unified visibility into sales, inventory, and logistics, boosting operational agility.
