Dubai, UAE | October 17, 2025 – Celebal Technologies and Intel Corporation have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at GITEX Global 2025, marking a significant commitment to advance the UAE’s National AI Strategy 2031 and establish the Emirates as a global center of excellence for intelligent enterprise systems.
The partnership will focus on co-engineering Agentic AI frameworks that enable enterprises to achieve autonomous decision-making, operational scalability, and measurable return on investment across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. By combining Intel’s multi-architecture compute platforms with Celebal Technologies’ expertise in AI, Data Engineering and SAP capabilities, the collaboration will deliver sector-specific frameworks for BFSI, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, and public sector enterprises.
The MoU was formalized during GITEX Global 2025, the region’s largest technology gathering.
